Bought a vehicle, drove it less than 60 days for it to go in the shop for 13 WEEKS…the bill was going to be almost TWICE what I paid for the car the month before! Blamed the root cause on rats chewing the wiring, at week 12 of being there.

Only christian thing about this dealership is the Judas complex these xxxxxxxx have. Finance officer Seth Gaetlin, tried to charge me almost 4k for a warranty he quoted at less than $900, 3k more he tried to falsely take. They tried to rip off a disabled veteran on a fixed income, imagine how many elderly and women they've taken advantage of 👀 These are the kind of "christians" that have led to the lowest numbers ever. DO NOT USE!!

Red River should not be allowed to wear the Jeep logo. This has to be the worst dealership when it comes to Service. I have only had two service interaction with this dealership, and they were the worst ever. First, service appointment was to fix a Jeep recall. Received a letter for a tailgate latch replacement and called the dealership to schedule an appointment. They stated they knew about the recall and to bring it in and they would replace it. I traded my 2014 Ford F-250 for 2020 Ram 3500 Limited. Tina was my salesperson and did a wonderful job. She got me the lowest price and the best trad-in price for my truck. I'm on my second used "certified" vehicle from this dealership and i've had the worst experience in my life. Sadly I experienced less than honest business practices in the finance and warranty department when I purchased my new truck. I reached out to the General Manager multiple times and two different times he emailed to let me know he'd get back to me. I never heard back from him even after I offered a very reasonable solution to my issue. I would not buy a vehicle from this dealership if they were the last one around. Buyer beware at Red River Dodge.
